For many years, Conway has been the gateway through which millions of people pass each year on their way to Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand, most never realizing the unique experience of Conway.
We will welcome our guests' arrival at The Sidewheeler by the Riverwalk in Conway, SC to be seated for our outdoor ceremony around 4:00 pm on Saturday, November 2, 2013. We will begin the procession around 4:30 pm.
IDEA:
Come early and enjoy a nice stroll on the city's River Walk and view the city's oldest landmark- The Waccamaw River. The River Walk connects the historic downtown business district to the scenic Waccamaw River. The trail begins under the Main Street bridge and ends at the beautiful riverfront park and marina complex. Along your walk you see wonderful historic buildings, the Conway Arboretum, playground, marina, riverside gazebo, and a few more things we’ll let you discover on your own.
NOTE:
There are some amazing little restaurants in this downtown, so it could be fun to eat out if you come to town a day or two before the wedding. We recommend checking out The Rivertown Bistro- delicious and stylish! The Trestle serves some of the best pastries around.
